Job responsibilities
Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated, curious Visual Merchandising Lead, you will be a pivotal brand ambassador, meticulously coordinating with local suppliers for window installations and managing product changes for each rotation to ensure captivating displays. You will plan, prepare, and implement regular store zoning and rotations in consultation with Store Management, providing qualitative and photographic feedback to the Corporate Visual Merchandising Manager, while also visiting competitors to report best practices. Serving as the in-store visual merchandising role model with a genuine passion for all product categories, you will proactively leverage visual merchandising to drive sales and collaborate with Team Managers, Team Leads, and Expert Advisors to select and display key products. Furthermore, you will work closely with the Store Manager, Team Managers, Team Leads, and Expert Advisors on business events and visual merchandising topics, implementing store zonings for each product category in close collaboration with relevant teams, proposing product alternatives, and validating plans with the Corporate Visual Merchandising Manager, all while implementing visual merchandising concepts for in-store events.
