Watch Ambassador - Houston Galleria

Position

As a Watch Ambassador, you will develop and drive our store’s Watch business while ensuring every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. With finesse, passion for storytelling, and excellent communication skills, you will be a sales leader of our high watch category, while also successfully selling across the brand.

By cultivating and developing fellow team members within this category, you will ensure their knowledge, drive, and excitement for the category remain consistent and enhances the Client’s loyalty to Louis Vuitton.

Profile

Successful candidates will have experience driving results within a team as well as exceptional knowledge of the luxury Watch category and overarching industry. You will have hands-on experience developing Clients, along with skills in coaching, training, and mentoring others.

The Watch Ambassador is responsible for:

• Achieving individual and team objectives and targets for Watches across the store while supporting team members in identifying new Watch Clients

• Create and implement specific action plans to drive the business and maximize the product category performance

• Continuously develop the teams’ knowledge of the product category, performance in-store, and other relevant business information relating to the category

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of USD $38-$40 plus the opportunity for commission, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
