Job responsibilities

Technical & Quality Leadership

  • Lead and supervise CCS technicians to ensure high-quality repairs in line with LV standards
  • Provide technical guidance and support complex repair cases


Operations & Standards

  • Ensure consistent application of repair workflows and 5S standards in workshop areas
  • Monitor productivity, workflow, and operational efficiency

Team Management

  • Plan and allocate technician workload and manage team performance and development
  • Support onboarding and skill development of technicians and apprentices


Coordination

  • Collaborate with CCS functions, Repair Coordinator, and Central teams
  • Provide technical input on repair feasibility and timelines

Profile

Experience

  • Proven team leadership or people management experience (required)
  • Leadership experience in operations environments such as logistics, production, repair/service, after-sales, or customer service
  • Experience as a senior technician or in technical leadership within repair or leather craftsmanship is a plus

Skills

  • Strong people management and team leadership capability
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate team workload
  • Understanding of quality standards and operational processes
  • Experience in process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives preferred
  • Workshop organization and 5S knowledge preferred
