Position

The Senior Manager of Retail Learning will support the Midwest and Mid Atlantic Region in the development and execution of the zone retail learning strategy. They will align on training priorities and actions with business ambitions for both métier-specific and soft skill development. They will support the facilitation and roll out of training initiatives across the region in partnership with the Academy and regional Retail Learning team. They will lead Senior Learning Manager training initiatives and support focused training efforts to drive business results, service excellence, and team development needs.

Job responsibilities

Training Plan:

  • Collaborate on strategy development, planning and trainings related to the rollouts for local initiatives.
  • Manage the Market Activation, communication, and implementation of the Central initiatives in partnership with the Learning Managers, Retail Director and Regional VP within the Midwest and Mid Atlantic.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with all corporate departments to understand needs.
  • Develop and implement Zone training that answers to business needs (team development, client experience, art of relationship, high end selling & coaching) in a 360 digestible format, easy to implement with concrete application for retail teams.
  • Elevate the Academy team capabilities to drive new training initiatives to support the elevation of team structure through PCA's, Experts, & HE managers across key métiers through strategy development, planning and calendarization validation.
  • Support HR in evolving/adapting leadership workshops to ensure the content maintains alignment with the business needs.

 

Facilitation & Rollout:

  • Support facilitation of Louis Vuitton Americas and Central training programs.
  • Support the rollout of training in the region, leveraging the Learning
    team to test and support the implementation.
  • Lead train-the-trainer sessions for LVA Retail Learning community on new training modules and team development needs.

 

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $145,000 - $160,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions
