Position

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) delivers strategic HR support to leaders and teams across Maison, ensuring effective implementation of people practices and processes.

This role acts as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, establishing performance excellence while enabling career development, internal mobility, and talent growth with targeted HR solutions.

Job responsibilities

HR Support and Advisory:

  • Guide managers in HR processes based on frameworks, best practices, and Group policies
  • Enhance leadership capabilities using coaching sessions and performance tools
  • Coordinate HR initiatives with change management and communication plans
  • Provide expertise on complex situations requiring policy interpretation and solutions
  • Design transition plans considering stakeholder needs and organizational impact


People Development & Acquisition:

  • Lead performance discussion integrating assessment tools and feedback methods
  • Create development plans leveraging competency mapping and succession needs
  • Structure learning activities combining programs, mentoring, and skill building
  • Manage career progression following mobility frameworks and role requirements
  • Design talent initiatives aligning assessment centers with development programs
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment strategies to ensure a continuous pipeline that meets current operational demands and future organizational growth


Employee Relations:

  • Address employee matters applying policy guidelines and resolution techniques
  • Strengthen team dynamics by implementing engagement and culture programs
  • Support managers with mediation skills and compliance knowledge
  • Coordinate workplace improvements based on feedback and action plans
  • Deploy policy updates via targeted communication and training sessions


HR Operations:

  • Oversee HR processes ensuring documentation standards and quality controls
  • Analyze workforce metrics generating insights and performance indicators
  • Structure compensation reviews integrating market data and internal equity
  • Deploy HR initiatives following project milestones and stakeholder needs
  • Facilitate expertise access between internal partners and centers of excellence
