E-Retail Intern, South Asia

Position

We are looking for an e-Retail intern to join our team!

The incumbent will support the e-Retail team on day-to-day business and the rollout of digital projects.

Job responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for website management and e-merchandising activities

• Perform platform hygiene checks across the digital funnel and multiple devices.
• Support content contribution onto the .COM and App environments
• Support e-merchandising activities, including product ranking, selection, and overall website optimization.

Assist in testing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes within the UAT environment

• Execute predefined test cases and test scripts provided by the E-retail Project & Operations Executive.
• Collaborate with UAT testers from other departments, the IS team and project managers.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining the UAT environment, ensuring test data is available.

Identify, document, and report bugs, defects, and other issues discovered during testing

• Collaborate with the Development and Information Systems teams to understand and verify defect resolutions.
• Update issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira) to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Maintain accurate and timely updates in JIRA for issue tracking and reporting

• Assist in preparing UAT sign-off reports and documentation for release readiness.

• Digital e-commerce background with experience in project management or digital / retail operations, or experience in omnichannel projects.
• Organized & reliable
