Position
As the Senior Regional Retail Learning Manager, you will plan, implement, and deliver a structured learning and development program for Louis Vuitton stores across the Southwest Region. You will ensure these programs are aligned with both business objectives and the learning and development needs of our teams. Through consistent follow-up and on-the-job coaching, you will help develop the leadership skills of Store and Team Managers, enabling them to lead their teams with confidence and expertise. Your guidance and leadership will empower our teams to excel in their roles, with the shared goal of delivering service excellence through an elevated client experience. The scope of this region will include overseeing our Las Vegas, Texas and New Orleans teams.
Job responsibilities
The Senior Regional Retail Learning Manager is responsible for:
- Preparing and facilitating Louis Vuitton’s Retail Training and Client Development Strategies, including in-store and regional inductions, training modules, and individualized training plans tailored to the specific needs of stores/regions.
- Supporting the region in driving customer delight by ensuring the applied learning of selling skills through observation and coaching.
- Providing ongoing mentorship to store teams, designed to enhance the proficiencies, attitudes, and behaviors of all team members.

You bring exceptional experience in influencing and training team members, ideally from a fast-paced, client-centric, luxury business. You possess highly developed coaching and mentoring skills and are able to provide constructive feedback to drive behavioral change where needed. The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $140,000 - $160,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
