Position

As a Team Manager, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. You will lead an d manage a team of 6-9 selling staff, focusing on inspiring them to consistently deliver the highest level of client experience and product expertise.

You will be tasked to drive your team to achieve business performance and to exceed sales targets, recruiting and retaining valuable Clients. Your role will also involve team coaching, development, training and recruitment.

 

Job responsibilities

  • Ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered by your team at all times, via exceptional storytelling and cultivating memorable moments
  • Proactively foster and inspire your team to achieve commercial success
  • Set stretched s ales goals and implement effective strategies to maximize business and sales performances
  • Responsible for building high-motivated teams and positive working cultures. Recruit top tier talents to drive your team's business and maximize product performance
  • Conduct frequent performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback and coaching to support team members' success and long-term growth
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the store's product offerings and events and maintain curiosity and insight into market trends
  • Lead the team to build and develop own Client portfolio
  • Maintain efficient sales floor management
  • Coach and develop your team to the next level and secure succession plans
  • Monitor Clients' feedback, and implement necessary improvements to enhance Client satisfaction
  • Embody Louis Vuitton's brand values, as a key ambassador and culture driver

Profile

  • Strong background in the luxury retail, retail or hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and client relations skills
  • Great business acumen and commercial sensibility
  • Client centric, proactive and positive in approach
  • Great team player with high levels of empathy and ability to influence and motivate
  • Agile individual, with the ability to work under pressure and a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Passion for the brand and fashion
  • Good computer literacy
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, with proficiency in Mandarin preferrable
