Position

Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Coordinator based in Brussels and reporting to the Digital & e-Commerce Manager.

In this role, you will contribute to the execution and monitoring of the Maison’s digital activities, supporting business performance, online visibility and the continuous elevation of the client experience across markets — with a particular focus on Poland.

Job responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Content Activation

Support the execution and analysis of digital marketing activities across key channels, including SEM, SEO, CRM, Paid Social in collaboration with HQ and agencies.

Coordinate product launches and website content updates, including translation coordination (English to Polish), ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with Maison standards.

Performance Monitoring & Analysis

Monitor digital KPIs (traffic, conversion, engagement), ensuring data reliability and consistency.

Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting, consolidating data and ensuring accuracy of performance insights.

Identify and structure insights and optimization opportunities, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.

Digital Projects & Platform Evolution

Support the implementation of new website functionalities and market developments, including rigorous UAT phases.

Analyze the client journey and identify conversion opportunities and roadblocks, collaborating with technical teams to resolve path-to-purchase friction.

Omnichannel & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Client Services and Retail teams to support the consistency and quality of the omnichannel client experience.

Profile

Experience

· Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in luxury.

· Prior exposure digital channels (Paid Search, CRM, SEO, Paid Social).

· Experience working in a cross-functional and international environment is appreciated.

Skills

· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure information and derive clear, actionable insights.

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in data handling and content coordination

· Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with PowerBI or Looker Studio is a plus.

· Understanding of digital performance ecosystems and analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Google Ads, Contentsquare)

· Excellent written command of English and Polish (mandatory).
