Position

The intern will be supporting both Logistics and Warehouse operations within the Louis Vuitton South Asia operations. Throughout the internship, one will be exposed to first-in-class supply chain and logistics operations across South Asia zone within a luxury retail maison, including interacting with stakeholders across zone office and country locations. The intern will be also involved in optimization projects across both logistics and warehouse operations and support key processes to ensure seamless flow of products to our stores while upholding our standards foe speed, efficiency and reliability. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep curiosity of logistics and warehouse operations.

Job responsibilities

Logistics

  • Understand and maintain end to end process for CITIES shipping documentation (certification for exotic products), including application, cancellations, renewal and troubleshooting for any potential issues and gaps.
  • Support internal sales events, including inventory Management on SAP system (post Events for ATA Carnets/Temporary Import) and ensure alignment between physical stock movement and system records.
  • Reconciliation of the pending incoming shipments to ensure smooth delivery into Singapore across all modes of transportation.
  • Support Logistics team in reviewing and identifying process improvement opportunities within current Logistics workload to enhance productivity in daily operations.

Warehouse

  • Work closely with various stakeholders and aggregate data from various sources, including warehouse management systems, transportation systems, and order management system databases.
  • Work closely with Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to develop relevant dashboards on warehouse matrix and maintain key performance indicators, and to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization in logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Support the warehouse operations team to generate ad-hoc reports to showcase clear and informative data visualizations to convey complex information, insights and trends effectively.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders within logistics and warehouse teams to identify areas for process improvement and provide data-driven recommendations.

Profile

The intern must be an independent individual who is detailed-oriented and meticulous, highly adaptable, and flexible to accept new ideas, people, and procedures.

  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and Power Bi is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge in lean management, six sigma, 5S. Proficiency in Python, R Studio will be a plus.
  • An organized individual with the ability to perform under pressure & tight deadlines and deal with ambiguity.
  • Must be able to commit for at least 6 months (July to December 2026) for a full-time internship.
