Position

The Retail Manager at Louis Vuitton will be responsible for managing the overall store operations, ensuring the highest level of client experience, and achieving business targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for the brand.

Job responsibilities

Business Drive & Development:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets with keen focus on business priorities.
  • Implement strategies to drive sales and maximize store performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnership with landlords to support business performance and operational excellence 

Client Experiences:

  • Ensure exceptional client experience are maintained at all times.
  • Work with store team to develop and maintain strong clientele.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to store team members.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment.

 

Brand Representation:

  • Uphold the brand image and ensure all employees represent the brand values and standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Profile

  • Experience as a Retail Manager for minimum 3 years. 
  • Excellent analytical, management, supervisory and administrative skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate staff and to drive sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
  • The ability to work with minimum supervision, using initiative and independent judgment to self-start and follow-up on varied tasks in a timely manner.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Native Korea and fluent in English
