Job responsibilities

Au sein des équipes RH de Louis Vuitton Europe, Moyen-Orient, Afrique (EMEA), vous occupez un poste polyvalent. Vous travaillerez majoritairement en anglais (plus de 70% du temps) et vos missions principales seront :

• Vous accompagnez le déploiement des engagements sociaux et sociétaux de l’entreprise. Vous apportez un support sur l’organisation d’initiatives favorisant la diversité, l’équité et l’inclusion, l’engagement des équipes et le bien-être des salarié(e)s.
• Vous collectez des informations de l’ensemble des pays de la Zone EMEA et consolidez les données en contribuant à la mesure des indicateurs.
• Vous participez activement à l’animation et au suivi d’actions à impact social, de formation et de sensibilisation. Vous contribuez à la conception et au déploiement de projets, notamment au développement des partenariats associatifs, à l’insertion et au maintien dans l’emploi de personnes en situation de handicap.

Ces missions impliqueront des aspects rédactionnels et logistiques. Dans un contexte très dynamique, votre agilité sera clé pour vous adapter aux missions qui pourraient évoluer tout au long de votre expérience chez Louis Vuitton.

 

Within the HR teams of Louis Vuitton Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA), you will hold a versatile position. You will primarily work in English (more than 70% of the time) and your main missions will be:

• You will support the deployment of the company's social and societal commitments. You will provide support for the organization of initiatives promoting diversity, equity and inclusion, employee engagement, and well-being.
• You will collect information from all countries in the EMEA Zone and consolidate data by contributing to the measurement of indicators.
• You will actively participate in the animation and monitoring of social impact actions, training, and awareness. You will contribute to the design and deployment of projects, particularly in the development of associative partnerships, inclusion, and maintaining employment for people with disabilities.

These missions will involve editorial and logistical aspects. In a very dynamic context, your agility will be key to adapting to missions that may evolve throughout your experience at Louis Vuitton.

Profile

• Etudiant(e) en école de commerce, université ou équivalence avec une spécialisation en Responsabilité Sociale et Sociétale / Diversité & Inclusion

• De nature organisée, réactive et motivée, et fort(e) d’une première expérience en RSE, vous recherchez une alternance riche et motivante dans un environnement multiculturel
• Votre sens du service et votre orientation client vous permettent d’obtenir des résultats rapides
• Doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel, vous êtes à l'aise dans les contacts multi-interlocuteurs
• Dans un objectif d’amélioration continue, vous êtes créatif(ve) et force de proposition.
• Bonne maîtrise du Pack Office
• Anglais courant

• Student in a business school, university or equivalent with a specialization in Social and Societal Responsibility / Diversity & Inclusion.
• Organized, reactive, and motivated by nature, and with initial experience in CSR, you are looking for a rich and motivating apprenticeship in a multicultural environment.
• Your sense of service and customer orientation allow you to achieve quick results.
• Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you are comfortable with multi-stakeholder contacts.
• With a goal of continuous improvement, you are creative and proactive.
• Good command of Pack Office.
• Fluent English.
