Client Advisor (M/W/D)

Position

We are looking for a Client Advisor in our Prague store.

As a Client Advisor of Louis Vuitton, you will be an ambassador of the Brand and your role will be to ensure that every of the clients will be welcomed and accompanied in accordance with this promise.

Job responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales targets across all Louis Vuitton products, leveraging specialized expertise in women's ready-to-wear.
• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, fostering loyalty through personalized engagement.
• Provide an exceptional welcome and premium shopping experience for every client.
• Offer expert assistance with all Louis Vuitton products, showcasing in-depth knowledge of women's fashion and brand heritage.
• Actively contribute to team goals and overall boutique objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all categories, with a focus on women's silhouette.
• Adhere strictly to Louis Vuitton's standards of care, conduct, policies, and procedures.

Profile

To excel in this role, we are seeking dedicated professional with a strong client focus and a mandatory background in fashion field, with the following requirements:

• Previous experience in women's ready-to-wear, combined with client-centric retail.
• Strong customer service skills with a commercial mindset.
• Curious, empathetic, adaptable, agile, and ambitious.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Passionate about the Louis Vuitton brand, its history, and its diverse universes.
• Flexible, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Available to work weekends and public holidays.
• Fluent in English and Czech; knowledge of other languages is a significant asset.
