Louis Vuitton is seeking a high-caliber, operationally sound, and commercially minded Operations Lead to join its team.

 

As an Operations Lead, you will embody operational excellence and leadership. You are not only responsible for executing tasks but also for enhancing the brand’s legacy through every client interaction and meticulous behind-the-scenes precision.

 

Job responsibilities

This role requires a candidate who can seamlessly integrate into our culture of high standards and continuous improvement. With extensive people management and development skills, you will act as management support to both the Store Manager and Operations Manager, providing innovative solutions to complex business challenges.

 

Additionally, you must possess excellent organizational and administrative abilities, along with advanced Excel and computer skills. We seek a profile with a strong drive for results, an understanding of the luxury market, and a key focus on strategic operational efficiency and follow-through.

Profile

The successful candidate will have previously held a management position leading operations in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably within the luxury sector. Expert knowledge of stock and operations in a high-volume, dynamic environment is essential.

 

The Essential duties and responsibilities of a Operations Lead include:

  • Lead and drive operational performance of inventory flows and accuracy, inventory optimization and training through hands on hand coaching in store and partnering with retail leadership
  • Support the OC & LA Metro in inventory accuracy and integrity plans through analysis, teams, & process to reduce:
  • Ensure bin management is being executed in accordance to policy standards.
  • Communicate the execution of the preparation, standards, completion and reconciliation of all inventory and cycle counts and respective discrepancies.
  • Create inventory schedule in partnership with Regional Inventory Operations Manager for the inventory operations team.
  • Lead research on missing inventory (IP shrink), correct bucket management, transactions, movements, adjustments, bin research, open POs, etc.

 

 

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $28/hr - $33/hr, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
