Position
The Junior Omnichannel Operations & Digital Project Specialist manages daily omnichannel operations and supports digital initiatives across e-commerce (Web/App), CRM, and retail digital touchpoints.
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth omni-order execution and seamless client experiences across online and offline channels. The position works closely with Retail, Digital, Logistics, Client Services, IT, and Global HQ to support operational excellence and omnichannel development initiatives.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and passionate about digital and omnichannel experiences.
Job responsibilities
Omnichannel Order Operations
- Support daily omni-order operations across multiple channels, including order monitoring, issue follow-up, and operational execution.
- Monitor order workflows and proactively identify operational issues or bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with Retail, Digital, Logistics, and Client Services teams to support issue resolution and seamless client experiences.
- Contribute to improving omni-order processes and operational efficiency through continuous follow-up and collaboration.
Digital Project Support
- Support the execution of global and local digital initiatives across e-commerce, CRM, and omnichannel platforms.
- Assist in gathering business requirements and coordinating with stakeholders during project implementation.
- Participate in digital projects related to omnichannel development and client experience enhancement.
- Support cross-functional communication and project follow-up throughout implementation phases.
Profile
- 0–5 years of experience in digital operations, e-commerce, omnichannel operations, or project coordination.
- Strong interest in omnichannel operations and digital client experiences.
- Basic understanding of Web/App ecosystems and omni-order processes.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
