Position

As a Private Client Relations Advisor for Louis Vuitton Mediterranean, you will be based in our Mediterranean HQ in Madrid as part of the Clienteling team.

 You will support the retail network across the Mediterranean Region (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel, Kazakhstan & Turkey), working closely with Paris HQ, store teams, and suppliers. In this role, you will provide end-to-end support across events, nominations, vendors, budgets, logistics, materials, gifting, and reporting — ensuring seamless coordination between HQ, stores, and external partners to optimize client engagement and contribute to exceptional client experiences at Louis Vuitton.

Job responsibilities

  • Support the PCR Manager on all international and local events and experiences as requested
  • Updating Monthly Competition Report with key competition events, Key Business Partner & Supplier List on a regular basis
  • Updating nominations trackers on a regular basis, follow up with the store’s nomination process and support with all info required
  • PO Management, Vendor Set up, Budget Sheet Management
  • Attending events and acting as a client-facing host, comfortable with clients and with strong communication skills
  • Requesting all the Events Invites and sharing with Store Teams
  • Create and update client programs and make necessary arrangements
  • Support the PCR manager in Int Event report creation
  • Share the link to the official pictures from the experiences in accordance with Personal Data protection
  • Update In-store Pockets tracker, provide retail teams with all guidance on how to deal with local PCR pockets, providers available by annual PO
  • Assist all the end-end logistics during local PCR initiatives
  • Be the key contact for suppliers, on all animation
  • Manage all paper assets for PCR needs
  • Follow up and track gifting distribution supporting PCR manager in implementation of Gifting strategy
  • Conducting clients background and sanction lists check prior each event
  • Execute inventory of clients gifts and assets, place the orders of local gifts, champagne and spirits to provide the necessary stock on HO level
  • Data analysis and support on reporting and CRM initiatives

Profile

  • Highly organized and rigorous, while working on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, agility to adapt to changes.
  • Strong communication skills and easily connects with others.
  • Highly motivated & strong personal interest for luxury & consumer goods environment.
  • MS Office proficiency (Power Point & Excel). 
  • Fluent English & Spanish is mandatory (French is a plus).

Additional information

  • Graduated from Business School/University and holding a degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Communications or any other related field.
  • It is mandatory that the candidate can formalize a “contrato de prácticas” based on Spanish labor law.
  • Availability: From Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.
  • Start date: Immediate.
