Louis Vuitton Italia è alla ricerca di un/a brillante giovane laureando/a in Giurisprudenza alla ricerca di un’esperienza nel Lusso da inserire in stage all’interno del dipartimento INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION preferibilmente con precedenti esperienze di collaborazione in questo ambito.
La risorsa riporterà all’Intellectual Property Protection Manager e sarà coinvolta in tutte le attività del team, principalmente finalizzate al contrasto alla contraffazione e alla tutela dei marchi in Italia e nel Sud Europa.
Job responsibilities
Il/La tirocinante sarà coinvolto/a in tutte le attività del team, con particolare attenzione a:
- Coordinamento delle attività relative a sequestri doganali e delle forze dell'ordine, inserimento dati e relativa rendicontazione.
- Redazione di perizie, predisposizione di fascicoli, classificazioni di documenti
- Acquisizione di prove e attività di ricerca
- Supporto al team nella redazione e follow-up di lettere di diffida
- Coordinamento delle attività relative a procedimenti civili e penali
Profile
- Laureando/a in Giurisprudenza
- Conoscenza e/o interesse per il Diritto Industriale
- Forte padronanza di MS Office, in particolare Excel e Power Point
- Inglese fluente (parlato e scritto)
- Precisione, attenzione ai dettagli, capacità analitiche, curiosità e ottime doti organizzative.
