Job responsibilities

•    Inbound & Outbound Logistics Management 
•    Coordinate with Regional Warehouse, Global Freight Forwarders and customs broker to manage incoming shipment of Leather Goods, Ready to Wear, High Jewelry & Watch, ETC
•    Ensure smooth customs clearance processes, maintaining with Thai customs regulations and Tax laws
•    Manage shipment of airport duty free
•    Check correctness of draft import & export entries provided by Customs brokers for shipments (HS codes, material compositions, duty rates, product descriptions, Thai translation, SKUs, quantities, UOM, product values, INCOTERM, duty, VAT, Excise, MOI, invoice numbers, privileges, HS classification/verification
•    Partner closely with store team to plan daily stock deliveries, optimizing delivery schedule
•    Ensure timely replenishment of packaging materials, Uniforms, and VM Props required for seasonal store setups 
•    Liaise with LV zone Supply chain and LV trade compliance for incorrect HS codes and material compositions set up in SAP. Ensure right declaration at Thai Customs to avoid shipments hold / customs penalties
•    Manage outbound transportation, reverse logistics, repair shipment   
•    Manage Import & Export CITES
•    Monitor Tourist CITES availability and validity for all stores, and prepare documents for renewing Tourist CITES
•    Document preparation with government departments like Customs, FDA, TISI, Excise
•    Documents preparation and filing Prepare invoices, import entries for payment and accounting records (import). Prepare invoices, packing lists for export custom clearance (export)

Verify billings from Customs brokers billed to LV TH to ensure accurate invoice and amount charges
CITES permits filing and renewal. File Fragrance Excise registrations.
•     Duty drawback
       Physical product condition checking. Check product labels, Sort export shipments, Prepare export invoices, packing lists. Verify and ensure correctness of export declaration prepared by custom broker. Follow up with custom broker on duty refund from Customs Department
•    Manage process of FDA registration for Perfume & Cosmetics product  
•    Manage process of Excise tax registration for Perfume product
•    Prepare data in the system for OCPB label of all Louis Vuitton products 
•    Support stores on packing and transfer for end of season product retrieval (OBS) and re-balance (AVA) - Perform system update, prepare packing list, check products & quantity before packing
•    Manage Logistics, transport & delivery arrangement and manpower support for "Special Events" 
•    Manage staff sales plant OBS, SHS (product retrieval from stores) with Warehouse team
 

Profile

  • 5-7 years of experience in logistics (inbound, outbound and inventory management)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Proven ability to think independently and ability to handle daily logistic operations with less supervision
  • Demonstrate independent work initiative, sound judgment, diplomacy, analytical ability and professional demeanor
  • Possess experience on Duty Drawback Process
  • SAP (distribution module) knowledge
