Job responsibilities
ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage operations of product deliveries and restocking both the stockroom and the sales floor.
- Effectively manage stock levels, interacting with the supply chain;
- Ensure efficient organization of the Back of House;
- Manage product transfers;
- Monitor logistics KPIs and contribute to achieving store performance targets;
- Manage inventory;
- Implement new processes/projects related to logistics and Back of House organization;
- Support sales activities and provide customer assistance.
Profile
REQUIREMENTS:
- Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Flexibility;
- Proactivity and problem-solving skills;
- Good knowledge of Excel and ease in using IT systems;
- Proficiency in English (B2); knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus;
- Availability to work on weekends.
