The Role

Within the EMEA Omnichannel Business Development team, you play a key role in deploying the omnichannel strategy defined by our headquarters teams across the EMEA region. In close collaboration with local markets, central teams and regional partners, your mission is to optimize the omnichannel value chain in order to support growth and enhance the customer experience.

Leveraging customer insights and data, you maximize business potential by making concrete recommendations to optimize omnichannel services, drive their adoption and enrich the customer experience.

 

Job responsibilities

Execution of the EMEA Omnichannel Strategy

  • Act as the main point of contact for European markets: assess their needs, advise them on opportunities and share best practices, in line with the central roadmap
  • Translate the omnichannel vision into concrete actions tailored to the specificities of EMEA markets
  • Lead the implementation of omnichannel services in stores (Click & Collect, in-store returns, remote selling) and ensure their effectiveness through evaluation frameworks, action plans and KPI tracking
  • Analyze browsing behaviors to identify pain points and formulate recommendations to improve the user experience
  • Lead omnichannel projects end-to-end, from the design phase with central teams through to execution across the region

Management of the LV App Project in EMEA

  • Oversee the deployment and optimization of the LV App across EMEA, ensuring the execution of the roadmap defined by central teams
  • Ensure the seamless integration of the app into the customer journey across all touchpoints
  • Coordinate functional enhancements, A/B tests and adoption KPIs with central and regional teams to improve the customer journey and drive conversion rates
  • Gather customer and market feedback to feed regional roadmaps

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with headquarters and regional teams to ensure the implementation of omnichannel initiatives and the monitoring of KPIs
  • Coordinate with regional Retail teams and central teams on the in-store deployment of key omnichannel services, such as Click & Collect, in-store returns, etc.
  • Ensure all initiatives are aligned with the global roadmap and local priorities

Omnichannel Community Management

  • Lead, train and support the EMEA omnichannel community through content creation, training sessions and community engagement activities
  • Foster collaboration, encourage a proactive mindset and develop capabilities in line with business priorities

Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar field (digital project management, omnichannel, e-commerce or customer experience)
  • Strong digital mindset and customer-centric approach, with a strong interest in innovation and experience design
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives autonomously
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
  • Well-organized, proactive and able to manage several projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders across different regions and cultures
  • Fluent English is required in this international environment
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint and Excel is required
