Position

Manager – HRIS (IT) is responsible for the Global PPO of the E-HR domain and the projects of Louis Vuitton HRIS for the Information Systems Department. This role will work directly with the business and IS interlocutors to carry out the initiatives and projects that will be entrusted to it.

This role is responsible for the quality of service and applications with different Directorates to maintain smooth running of daily projects operations. 

Job responsibilities

Manager – HRIS (IT) is responsible for solutions and applications around Human Resources (and in all first place of the Core HR) including to:

  • Coordinates the work of different parties to deliver business needs (launch of new applications, improvement of the existing ones).
  • Manages fleet of HR applications including SuccessFactors (evolution of standards, obsolescence, etc.).
  • Referees and prioritizes with the Product Owner tasks
  • Co-animates rituals/meetings such as Value committee (orientation, prioritization and validation of sponsors) and PI Planning (roadmap of services to be implemented by squads).
  • Equips with standardized tools to ensure a DevOps implementation with publishers or integration partners.
  • Guarantees the link of the team with the Design Authorities and the conformity of its initiatives with the strategy global LV and IS standards and good practices.
  • Carries a flow vision and ensures the design authority for the reuse and evolution of this service (API etc.).
  • Animates the correspondents’ regions IS HR on its perimeter.
  • Ensures / guarantees the quality of the service / availability / performance rendered on the perimeter, maintenance, and management application operations.

Profile

  • Knowledge of the System business lines Information including integration (API type) and Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of technical/functional HR tools (Core HR, Onboarding, Recruitment, Performance, Training).
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills in a multi-cultural environment with fluent English.
  • Knowledge of agile work tools (rituals, scrum methods, Jira, Confluence, etc.) is a plus.
