Senior Specialist / Assistant Manager - Store Planning

Job responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers coordinate all architectural and construction activities involved with the renovation or creation of a new store or office space.
  • Follow the work schedule of all phases of the project using the designated software systems.
  • Work closely with Senior Manager - Store Planning and other internal Departments - Visual Merchandising, IT, Store Managers and Head of Markets - as well as external suppliers to handle costs, schedule and quality control of projects.
  • Collect information, define timing and prepare and update Cost Plan Report.
  • Keep Senior Management informed about the Budget status. Collect periodical cost report from Local Consultants and Contractors. Assist Project Manager to create a thorough and comprehensive cost plan report to be used to check invoice consistency and issue payment. Send periodical report of Budget status to Accounting Dept.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal Office to draft contracts and leases.

Profile

  • Degree holder with minimum 2 years of work experience from design or construction industries
  • Experience of luxury retail design is highly desirable but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Meticulous with effective coordination skills
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
