TAQADOM Retail Program – UAE Nationals

Position

Embark on a transformative retail journey as a Taqadom Retail Program Trainee. This program is designed to cultivate future retail leaders by immersing you in various facets of the retail business. You will develop a holistic understanding of retail operations, client engagement, operations and brand representation, contributing to both individual growth and collective objectives within our dynamic retail environment.

Job responsibilities

Program Engagement & Learning

• Actively participate in an intensive 24-month structured learning program.
• Successfully complete three 8-month rotations across several key retail functions within our stores.
• Proactively seek learning opportunities and engage with mentors and colleagues to deepen retail knowledge.

Client Experience & Sales Acumen

• Learn to welcome every client and deliver best-in-class service aligned with brand standards.
• Support team sales objectives and understand personal performance accountability.
• Develop the ability to advise clients on product categories, providing relevant and personalized recommendations.

Relationship Building & Brand Representation

• Gain experience in developing long-term client relationships through effective clienteling and follow-up.
• Understand the importance of proactive outreach to foster client loyalty and repeat visits.
• Develop strong brand and product knowledge to represent the program and our retail group with credibility.
• Adhere to company standards in grooming, behavior, and service excellence.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines across all rotations.

 

Team Collaboration & Store Operations
• Act as a team player, contributing to collective objectives and store initiatives within rotation.
• Participate actively in daily operations and store activities across various retail functions.

• Valid UAE Passport & UAE Family Book
