Job responsibilities
- Strategic Initiatives: Lead high-priority strategic and market-specific initiatives; translate regional priorities into actionable plans with clear governance and milestones.
- Business Performance: Analyze business performance, build a deep understanding of regional commercial rhythms across Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Korea, and support executive decision-making.
- Transformation & Capability Building: Modernize ways of working, reduce low-value work, strengthen execution, and support data, analytics, and AI-enabled productivity initiatives.
- Executive Communication: Build trusted relationships across functions and seniority levels, influence without formal authority, and prepare executive-level presentations.
Profile
- Experience: At least 7–10 years of relevant professional experience across strategy, consulting, business development, transformation, commercial planning, finance, or other leadership-track roles. Luxury/retail experience is advantageous but secondary to core competencies.
- Core Qualities:
- Intellectual agility and strategic curiosity (natural problem solver who seeks the "why")
- Strong execution excellence and project ownership in ambiguous environments.
- Comfort with modern productivity, analytics, and AI-enabled tools.
- High emotional intelligence, maturity, and stakeholder management skills.
