As the Next Generation Engagement Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in empowering the future generation of LVMH Leaders, working in close collaboration with and on behalf of our 75 Maisons worldwide.

To that end, LVMH has developed a dynamic and expanding ecosystem of early Talents initiatives ranging from recruitment, onboarding, Talent development, and community engagement, meticulously designed as a launchpads for growing future Leaders for the Group. They serve as a cornerstone of our Group and Maisons’ long-term success.

Beyond delivery excellence, your operational Leadership will be instrumental in driving these strategic projects and in shaping and disseminating best practices across the Maisons, collaborating extensively with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will maximize the impact for the Group by scaling initiatives from lab format to worldwide footprint.

You will report to the Group Head of Next Generation Engagement.

Job responsibilities

  • Strategic project Leadership : Lead the end-to-end operational implementation of early talents Programs, providing strategic oversight and ensuring alignment with Group objectives. This includes the LVMH SPRING Graduates programs.
  • Content strategy & delivery : Architect and deliver innovative HR content globally from advanced recruitment strategies to comprehensive integration, cutting-edge learning & development initiatives and engaging early Talents community events. This includes a strong focus on strategic content creation and deployment.
  • New program incubation & onboarding : In the context of new program launches, meticulously design new program framework, onboard multiples sectors & métiers (from Retail to HQ functions), and champion the successful launch of pilot editions.
  • Team leadership & development : Provide effective Leadership, mentorship, and guidance to promising early Talents, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring their professional growth and development.
  • High-impact stakeholder engagement : Drive and coordinate a vast network of business and HR stakeholders worldwide, displaying strong influencing and communication skills to ensure collective success and high visibility across the Group.
  • Global initiatives & best practices : Actively formalize best practices and standardize processes, capitalize on collected feedback for dynamic upgrading, leverage potential synergies, and facilitate the widespread sharing of best practices to ensure optimal cross-pollination throughout the Group.
  • Market intelligence & strategic benchmarking : Conduct comprehensive benchmarking and maintain acute market intelligence on leading and innovative initiatives for top-tier early career Talents.
  • Performance & continuous improvement Leadership:Monitor ROI and key success KPIs, proactively driving the continuous improvement & strategic evolution of all programs.

Profile

  • Extensive Project & Program Leadership: 10 years of progressive experience in project management, specifically leading Talent recruitment, learning & development and community engagement initiatives within complex, matrix organizations. 
  • Strategic Talent development & mentorship: A profound passion for nurturing Talent, with the ability to articulate strengths and development. Demonstrates continuous engagement in supporting Talent growth and a strong interest in empowering early Talents.
  • Luxury industry acumen & transformational leadership: High sensitivity to the luxury industry and demanding environments, coupled with solid business acumen and a proven ability to drive significant change. 
  • Executive interpersonal & stakeholder management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build appropriate rapport and foster constructive, effective relationships with both team members and diverse senior stakeholders across the Group ensuring high visibility and influence. 
  • Strategic creativity & execution excellence: Possesses the ability to generate fit-for-purpose strategic ideas and effectively translate them into tangible, impactful results.
  • Strategic agility & future-oriented thinking: Demonstrates clear foresight, with the capacity to accurately anticipate future consequences and trends enabling proactive management of both running and emerging projects.
  • Superior communication & presentation skills: Given the Group’s global presence, outstanding written and oral communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in French is highly preferred. User agility and ease of crafting impactful narrative through PowerPoint is a plus.
