Job Title: Head of Network (Fashion Division)
Department: Fashion Group IT (Information Technology)
Reports To: Fashion Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Primary Mission:
Lead the strategy, transformation, design, implementation, and management of the Fashion Group's network infrastructure, ensuring its performance, security, and reliability align with business objectives and Group standards.
Job responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Transformation:
- Lead the Fashion Group network transformation by extending the service catalog and integrating Maison network activities.
- Reorganize Fashion Group and Maison network teams into a service-oriented structure.
- Architecture & Core Model:
- Define and maintain the overall network architecture aligned with Division/Maison needs and Group standards (technologies, suppliers).
- Champion Fashion Division's needs at the Group level to influence technology directions.
- Design and maintain network core models (protocols, equipment, security).
- Anticipate technological advancements and future network needs.
- Ensure network scalability.
- Operations & Support:
- Oversee network daily operations: monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting (leveraging the 1Network support organization).
- Provide L3/L4 support for EMEA and L4 support for US and Asia.
- Manage relationships with network service providers and the Group organization.
- Ensure network security: firewalls (cloud & on-premise), segmentation, and intrusion detection systems.
- Build & Implementation:
- Plan and supervise network infrastructure implementation (stores, offices, expansions, events).
- Coordinate internal and external technical teams.
- Ensure budget and deadline compliance.
- Implement testing and validation procedures.
- Document network infrastructure and operating procedures.
- Report on project activities to Maisons.
- Team Management & Budget:
- Supervise and lead operations and architecture teams (11 members across Maisons and Division).
- Technology & Innovation:
- Stay informed on the latest networking technologies.
- Represent the Division in the Global Network community.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies in collaboration with Group Network.
Additional information
What you will bring:
- Experience: Minimum 10 years managing enterprise networks, preferably in retail or fashion. Strong experience in team and project management, ideally in a decentralized environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in network architectures (LAN, WAN, WLAN) and SDWAN technologies (Meraki, HUAWEI).
- In-depth understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Proficiency with network equipment: routers, switches, access points, firewalls, load balancers.
- Knowledge of network security solutions (intrusion detection systems, VPN).
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools.
- CCNP or equivalent certification (preferred).
- Personal Qualities:
- Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead in a decentralized structure.
- Customer-service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent French & English (written & spoken).
Education:
- Engineering degree in computer science or telecommunications (or equivalent).
