Department context

This internship is based at LVMH Headquarters in Paris and reports to the Group Human Resources Department, within the Culture & Initiative team.

The role sits within the Engage pillar, which brings together initiatives related to culture, collective engagement, intrapreneurship and HR-led transformation programs.

The role 

As a Culture, Intrapreneurship & AI Engagement Intern, you will report to the Culture & Initiative Director and support the design and delivery of initiatives that foster innovation, collaboration and engagement across the Group. 

You will contribute to projects at the intersection of culture, HR innovation, intrapreneurship and collective transformation. 

Job responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

Support collaborative strategic initiatives
Contribute to the design and organization of collaborative formats that bring together talents, Maisons and Divisions to identify innovative solutions to key business and HR challenges.

For example, the team has developed DARE Days, cross-Maison workshops aimed at helping teams anticipate the impact of artificial intelligence on their roles and ways of working.

Support the AI Change Ambassadors community
Assist in coordinating and engaging the AI Change Ambassadors community, while enhancing the visibility of AI transformation initiatives across the Group.

This includes:

• Preparing meetings, materials and follow-ups
• Structuring internal communications
• Identifying and sharing key initiatives and success stories

Support the Group’s intrapreneurial initiatives
Contribute to the development of intrapreneurship across the Group, with a focus on innovation and new ways of working.

Key contributions include:

• Managing and optimizing the digital platform used for idea calls
• Coordinating and monitoring the incubation program
• Preparing content, reports and presentations related to ongoing projects

Contribute to key HR events
Support the organization of People at Heart, the Group’s annual HR event, with a focus on the People at Heart Awards, recognizing innovative leadership initiatives across the Group.

Profile

• Master’s degree student (final year – Master 2) from a business school, Sciences Po, design school or equivalent university program.
• Curious, organized, rigorous and proactive, with a strong interest in culture, innovation, collective intelligence and transformation topics.
• Demonstrates solid project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and contribute to the delivery of complex initiatives and events.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Interest in artificial intelligence and its impact on ways of working; prior exposure to AI-related topics is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Able to thrive in a demanding, international and fast-paced environment.
• Team player with strong attention to detail and a high standard of quality.
