INTERNAL CONTROL MANAGER

Position

We are looking for an Internal Control Manager to join our Finance team, reporting directly to the CFO.

Job responsibilities

The role will involve the following responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain the Group Internal Control framework in line with LVMH and COSO models.
• Conduct risk assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of financial, operational and compliance controls across HQ and subsidiaries.
• Review business processes, identify gaps and propose remediation actions in collaboration with process owners.
• Manage internal control self-assessment campaigns and monitor action plans.
• Prepare reports and presentations on internal control performance, deficiencies and improvements for ComEx and Group.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and follow up on audit recommendations.
• Develop and deliver training programs on internal control, risk management and best practices for management and departments.
• Support other risk management activities, including Risk Mapping, Business Continuity Plan assessments and participation in governance committees.

Profile

PROFILE:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar.
• Previous experience in Internal Control, Audit, Risk Management or Consultancy, preferably in a structured or international environment.
• Solid knowledge of internal control frameworks (COSO, risk-based approach).
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent professional English.
