Job responsibilities

The Product Marketing Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire a practical experience through different tasks and responsibilities:

  • Development of long-term launch forecasts: Market and brand analysis, sell-in unit estimation, template development, presentation to the sales team, compilation of needs from other teams, and proposal of final quantities with all feedbacks.
  • Update of the sheet with updated NPD information; both at market and brand levels.
  • Analysis of figures (sell-in, sell-out) and preparation of monthly reports to France: Business review, Monthly...
  • Market study/analysis with a focus on competitors in the luxury beauty sector.
  • Monitoring competition regarding category events, market evolution, trends, and competitor activities. Contributing to the development and implementation of the marketing plan.
  • Organization of internal events on important dates for the brand: launches, emblematic days etc.
  • Organization of cycles: presentations, template creation, decoration and gifts.
  • Design and management of sell-in tools for KAMs and GPVs (groundhogs, cradles, visuals, product management.)
  • Design and management of the sell-out tool used by BCs as support at the point of sale (sales folders). Coordination, design and management of local productions for support tools at PDV (local chests, dramming, wrapping...)
  • Coordinate internal communication between departments in Spain and HQs.
  • Management of quotas and control of Efast: updating and follow-up.
  • Update local rates.
  • Monitoring budget for different actions.
  • Creation/extension of suppliers.

PROFILE NEEDED

  • MAIN STUDIES Degree in Business Management or Masters
  • LANGUAGES Spanish & English Fluent (min. C1). French is a plus.
  • IT TOOLS Proficiency in Office 365 (mainly Excel).
  • EXPERIENCE Previous experience in sales is valuable.
  • OTHERS Possibility to sign an agreement with the university for 6 months minimum. For an immediate incorporation
