Job responsibilities

As Media Project Manager, you will define and implement the media strategy for Parfums Givenchy, ensuring coherence with the international communication plan. 

You will act as the key point of contact for our markets and media agencies, coordinating the creation, implementation, and optimization of their media plans while upholding Givenchy's image as a leading luxury brand. 

You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing media investment efficiency, proposing optimizations, and establishing a robust reporting framework for all media activities. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this capacity, your duties will be as follows:

Media Strategy
•    Defines and implements the media strategy, ensuring coherence with the international communication plan through coordination with internal teams (social, PR, marketing, events) and key markets
•    Builds the media brief for each brand activation, aligned with the international communication objectives
•    Drives the Maison’s digital acceleration through precise digital media guidelines, coherent with the Perfumes & Cosmetics division’s best practices
Coordination & Implementation
•    Is the point of contact for our key markets and media agencies, supporting them in the creation of their media plans, campaign implementation and optimization.
•    Is responsible for the flawless execution of media projects, aligned with the posture of Givenchy as a leading luxury brand and its communication strategy
Reporting & Best Practices
•    Is responsible for creating & deploying a reporting framework for all media campaigns & activities, enabling a good understanding of results, ongoing optimizations of media plans and definition of best practices
•    Masters’ new digital media formats and experiments with a test-and-learn approach through close relationships with media partners (Facebook, Google…) and infuses innovation and best practices with internal and creative partners
•    Closely follows the evolution of the media landscape in key markets, including competitors’ media activities

Profile

Professional Experience
•    Min 4 years’ experience managing 360° or digital only media strategies and campaign implementation (paid social, online video, search, display).
•    Previous experience in advertising agencies, in an international environment
•    Understanding of the luxury media landscape
•    Knowledge of the Asian media landscape is a plus.

Professional And Personal Skills
•    Excellent project management skills: rigorous, organized, and meticulous sense of detail
•    Solid data analysis skills: ability to drive actionable conclusions from large data sets and statistical studies
•    Demonstrated use of online media tools (Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, tracking/ad serving tools, etc.)
•    Masters Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
•    Comfortable in a multicultural and complex matrix environment, and an expert in international coordination
•    Autonomous, proactive, agile, and thrives in a fast-paced and multi-cultural environment
•    Positivity, good interpersonal and people skills
•    Sense of sharing and team spirit
