Job responsibilities

The Field Coach will act as a brand ambassador; lead and guide the team to achieve set objectives; fully manage their area and points of sale to boost sell-out with the aim of gaining market share in their points of sale and region.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

For points of sale in retailers:

  • Convey brand values as an ambassador at the point of sale.
  • Maintain and improve the brand image in-store, execute merchandising and improve location.
  • Manage the POS advertising for each store, ensuring it is placed in a timely manner.
  • Manage tester orders for each of your stores according to their potential.
  • Report on stocks, sales analysis and competition in accordance with the established calendar. Update internal platforms with the required information.
  • Plan schedules and visit routes based on the potential of each point of sale.
  • Teamwork with different areas to achieve the objectives set by the brand in accordance with the annual plan per retailer.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the degree of compliance with commercial agreements reached.
  • In-depth knowledge of the benefits and characteristics of the brand's products with the aim of presenting them at the point of sale and winning over the retailers' teams.
  • Carrying out product training in accordance with the marketing plan with the aim of generating greater engagement with our brands, and enabling in-store teams to provide a better shopping experience for the end consumer. Promote registrations and the use of MBP among retailer BCs.

For El Corte Inglés points of sale with direct management and a team of Beauty Consultants: 

  • Motivate and guide Beauty Consultants by providing regular feedback that recognizes their strengths and allows them to continue developing.
  • Ensure the training of all Beauty Consultants, communicating the needs to the Retail Area Manager in order to implement a sales/product programme and guarantee the best customer service.
  • Monitor and manage sell-out results at each counter and track KPIs, establishing action plans to achieve objectives.
  • Propose ideas for local events and new promotional activities in the centres.
  • Monitor and report on the actions taken by competitors in the different centres.
  • Ensure the brand image by verifying that merchandising guidelines are implemented, the stand is properly maintained, and beauty consultants are well-groomed.
  • Manage the team's shifts, holidays, overtime, absences, sick leave, etc.

 SO Support:

  • Key Commercial Periods: Direct support in SO when required to secure results and market share.

Profile

  • Formación: Grado ADE o FP Gestión de Ventas y Espacios Comerciales.
  • Experiencia de al menos 5 años en venta y atención al cliente habiendo gestionado equipos de retail.
  • Nivel Avanzado de herramientas: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word).
  • Idiomas: Inglés B2.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar y carnet de conducir imprescindible.
  • Liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
  • Orientación a los resultados.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
  • Dinamismo, proactividad y autonomía.
