Position

Sous la responsabilité du E-commerce manager, l'assistant ecommerce est chargé d’intervenir sur l’activité des sites e-commerce Europe et International dans un contexte de fort développement.

Job responsibilities

Contribuer au run de l’activité internationale e-commerce (2 sites 5 langues)

  • Coordination avec le studio, l’équipe de communication et l’équipe client
  • Coordination du brief newsletter avec l’équipe client
  • Mise en ligne des assets d’animation hebdomadaire (homepage, landing page, etc.)
  • Prise en charge des besoins de traduction et mise en œuvre avec les agences de traduction
  • Gestion du catalogue et lancement de nouveaux produits

 

Coordonner la gestion des stocks en lien avec l’entrepôt

  • Suivi des stocks journaliers
  • Suivi des indicateurs business

 

Data & reporting

  • Analyse des performances hebdomadaires et mensuelles par pays
  • Performances & reporting KPIs par pays
  • Suggestions d’amélioration UI/UX via web analytics
  • Veille concurrentielle

Profile

  • Bac +5 / Master Business School ou Digital.
  • Maitrise de Pack MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Une connaissance de Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics, Power BI est un atout majeur
  • Une 1ère expérience dans le Luxe et ou le E-commerce est fortement appréciée
  • A l’aise avec les données, rigueur et attention au détail, sens de l’autonomie, bon relationnel et sens des priorités
  • Motivation forte pour le e-commerce

  • Sensibilité aux codes du luxe et de la parfumerie
  • Français & Anglais courant
