Position

Au sein de la Direction des Opérations, sous la Responsabilité du Responsable Achats, vous accompagnez l’équipe dans la gestion opérationnelle et le pilotage de projets achats, sur un périmètre varié : matières premières, packaging et sous-traitance.

Job responsibilities

Support administratif & opérationnel

  • Création et mise à jour des données achats dans l’ERP (articles, fournisseurs, prix standards)
  • Suivi des commandes (PO) : émission, relance, respect des délais
  • Mise à jour des tarifs fournisseurs
  • Gestion des litiges (prix, délais, quantités)
  • Participation au reporting achats (tableaux de suivi, KPI)

 

Achats projets

  • Participation à la gestion complète de projets achats (brief → sourcing → industrialisation)
  • Identification et sourcing de nouveaux fournisseurs
  • Lancement des consultations / appels d’offres (RFQ)
  • Analyse des offres : prix, qualité, délais, RSE
  • Contribution aux négociations
  • Suivi du développement produit avec les équipes internes (marketing, développement pack, qualité)

 

Gestion fournisseurs & performance

  • Suivi de la performance fournisseurs (qualité, coûts, délais – OTIF)
  • Participation à la mise en place de plans d’amélioration continue
  • Suivi des audits fournisseurs
  • Veille au respect des standards Groupe et conformité réglementaire

 

Optimisation & stratégie achats

  • Contribution aux projets de rationalisation du panel fournisseurs
  • Analyse des dépenses et identification de leviers d’optimisation coûts
  • Participation à la veille marché (matières, innovations packaging, tendances RSE)
  • Support à la mise en place de bonnes pratiques achats

Profile

  • Formation : Bac+4/5 (école de commerce / ingénieur / spécialisation achats)
  • Rigueur, organisation, esprit analytique
  • Bon relationnel, capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés
  • Appétence pour l’univers luxe / cosmétique/ packaging
  • Maîtrise d’Excel ; connaissance SAP appréciée
  • Anglais professionnel
