We're thrilled to announce the opening for a Private Client Manager in Thailand, reporting to the Vice President - MH Private China, Southeast Asia & Oceania. The Private Client Manager will be the maestro behind our Prestige products and Rarities, conducting a symphony of excellent service. It is not just a role; it's an opportunity to shape and elevate our business. You'll be at the forefront, actively planning and implementing commercial strategies to not only grow existing relationships but also seize new opportunities. Your mission is to be the referent for exceptional clients, selling them a selection of high-end offers, crafting strategies to engage them by nurturing essential connections and delivering personalized services and crafting unforgettable experiences.

Job responsibilities

How you will contribute…

1) Sales & Business Development

  • In collaboration with the Vice President - MH Private China, Southeast Asia & Oceania, you will plan and implement commercial strategies to increase existing business and capture new opportunities by targeting (U)HNWI through nurturing key relationships and extending personalized services and experiences.

2) Sales Management

  • You will oversee commercial relationships throughout the entire process, from prospecting to invoicing, sales, delivery, and after-sales follow-up.

3) CRM

  • You will provide timely and accurate information to update MH CRM database and follow compliance guidelines on protecting clients’ data and ensure all clients sign PDPA with Moët Hennessy.

4) Brand Experiences and Activations

  • You will collaborate with the Vice President - MH Private China, Southeast Asia & Oceania, and MH Thailand team to create and execute bespoke client experiences, drive sales through targeted campaigns, and establish valuable partnerships with aligned luxury brands.

Profile

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, leading Direct-to-Consumer Sales with UHNWIs (Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals).
  • Great social and networking skills deeply rooted in the local community.
  • Demonstrated the skills and mindset for selling luxury products.
  • Possess your own network of (U)HNWI contacts.
  • Sharp business acumen and practical skills to initiate and close deals through robust relationships.
  • A client-focused approach and are adept at identifying opportunities and providing valuable solutions.
  • Comfortable taking a hands-on approach and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and excellent communication/presentation abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
  • Demonstrated commitment to compliance, integrity, and social sustainability.
  • Fluent in English

CHÂTEAU GALOUPET
MAISON

Château Galoupet is a progressive wine estate of 77 hectares of protected woodland and 69 hectares of vineyards, certified organic since May 2023.The estate was acquired by Moët Hennessy in 2019 – the first Cru Classé in its portfolio – with a clearly defined vision: craft elevated expressions of an exceptional terroir with utmost respect for nature and the environment, from ground to glass. For four years the team has worked closely with a community of experts to restore a rare ecosystem and adapt its viticultural practices to respect the natural balance of the vine in its environment.
