Balancing your activities between the demand for business relationship management and program management, as the Head of B2B, Consumer, Marketing - IT, you will be in a primary position to consult, recommend and direct a team of IT professionals to deliver a wide range of business system and technical projects. Establishing and maintaining a sound business relationship with the Asia Pacific businesses, you will proactively serve as a “trusted advisor,” and function as a key point of contact for IT business stakeholders. You will represent IS&T to the business by promoting IS&T’s vision, value, services, and capabilities.

Recommend and direct in concert with the overall Moët Hennessy APAC business strategy, the development of localised business systems and technology strategies that support the achievement of the business objectives. Facilitate and co-develop the business systems master plan which will enable IT Services to meet business priorities and requirements. This incorporates global, regional and local initiatives.

Working with the IT Director – APAC, you will help to introduce, develop and mature the principals and concepts of our digital ecosystem. Coaching, promoting and directing a service delivery team of IT professionals, your portfolio planning, execution and reporting will serve a fundamental base for enabling project delivery, communications between, across and upwards in the organisation. On time and within budget project delivery are a point of great satisfaction and pride in the IS&T team. Seeking to continue and improve on this record you will be able to share and promote the team’s delivery record.

Job responsibilities

How you will contribute…

  • Local B2B Systems & Consumer IT strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management
  • Facilitate, and lead the planning and execution of initiatives to enable the business to achieve objectives through the effective use of technology
  • Foster a team environment and mentor members of the B2B Systems & Consumer team providing input to performance reviews
  • Communicate decisions, priorities and relevant project information to appropriate levels of staff regarding service requests, projects and initiatives
  • Provide expertise to internal and external stakeholders as a thought leader to align technology solutions with business strategies
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of IS&T service catalog, and business functions to identify and communicate how IS&T solutions can support the achievement of tactical and strategic business goals
  • Lead prioritization of IT initiatives based on organizations needs/strategy, IT workload and budget
  • Lead and potentially champion change management activities with a customer centric focus
  • Advise on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impacts on end-user products and services, business processes and system priorities
  • Analyze technology trends to determine impact on the achievement of business goals
  • Promotes the adoption of solutions in the field, is a key player in change management, and maximizes the value delivered by tools for operational staff. For example, he/she identifies the training needs of end users. He/she ensures technological watch within the group and outside, identifies, and proposes innovative solutions to business correspondents and central teams

Profile

  • Knowledge in Information Management / Systems / Technology / Computer Science or equivalent industry experience or qualifications such as ITIL, PMP/PRINCE, MCSE, etc.
  • 15 Years active experiences as an IS/T ; Technologist or related professional 15 Years of solid project management experience (across geographic regions)
  • Beneficial experience will be in SalesForce.com, Workflow solutions, exposure to eCommerce, CRM tools; Expertise with on-online technologies (web, mobile, social, and other electronic measures of exchange. SAAS,IAAS, Cloud)
  • Having knowledge of eCommerce solutions/processes,(Shopify) production business models or Wine & Spirits distribution will be desirable
  • Min 5 years of experience in effective management and demonstrated development of a team of IT professionals of remote team. Ability to lead a dynamic, technology driven, team of individuals
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively, at all levels in a multi-language, multinational environment
  • Ability to transfer complicated ideas into comprehensible and digestible concepts for non-technical audiences
  • A demonstrated mindset to be able to transfer technical concepts into deliverable business solutions
  • Independent, able to work under pressure, attention to detail
  • Fluent in English with proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage

  • Decision Making Authority:
  • Validation of vendors, technical solutions, contracts terms on IS&T projects across the Region/ Markets (in liaison with regional/local CFO’s and MH IS&T staff)
  • Project management of MHAP regional IS&T projects
    Authority to suspend launch of a new application or system developed by any MHAP country, if he/she perceives a high risk of operational failure, or if the application/system does not comply with the Group IS&S security guidelines
