We're thrilled to announce the opening for People Services Partner, reporting to the Head of People Services. As the People Services Partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering compliant, efficient, scalable and sustainable services. You will be responsible for simplifying processes. By independently designing and driving key areas such as service management, escalations management and change management, you will ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of our People Services delivery. Your contribution will shape the future of our employee and HR professionals’ experience.

This will be a fixed term contract position for a period of 2 years.

Overview of the position

You will be at the forefront of leveraging automation and simplification to ensure our processes are compliant, efficient, scalable, and sustainable while providing an outstanding experience for our employees and HR professionals. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact our business by streamlining mobility, driving data-driven decisions through advanced reporting, and contributing to a workplace where innovation and agility are celebrated. Your experience in mobility (work visas, shipment, school search, housing, taxation) and IT background will be crucial. Fluency in Japanese and Korean is a plus, opening doors to deeper engagement with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the design, operationalization, and execution of key governance areas, ensuring scalable operations and strategic alignment for our services.
  • Lead the optimization of our service catalog, meticulously planning capacity and rigorously measuring service levels to guarantee an exceptional employee experience.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex challenges, designing and refining escalation paths, conducting in-depth root cause analysis, and delivering measurable solutions to minimize disruption.
  • Utilize your technical acumen to drive the automation and streamlining of processes, leveraging digital solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement proactive vendor performance management strategies, fostering strong partnerships with external providers to optimize service delivery and ensure compliance.
  • Plan and manage the intake and transformation of service requests, working cross-functionally to prioritize, execute, and monitor changes that enhance our employee and HR experience.
  • Design and implement a robust metrics and reporting framework, providing actionable insights to the HR team and leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making for People Services.
  • Lead or participate in projects and initiatives that optimize People Services delivery through automation, lean concepts, and knowledge sharing, driving continuous improvement across our global operations.
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to the regional team, including indirect oversight of the Philippines (PH) team.

Château Galoupet is a progressive wine estate of 77 hectares of protected woodland and 69 hectares of vineyards, certified organic since May 2023.The estate was acquired by Moët Hennessy in 2019 – the first Cru Classé in its portfolio – with a clearly defined vision: craft elevated expressions of an exceptional terroir with utmost respect for nature and the environment, from ground to glass.
