Job responsibilities

Overview of the position 
Reporting to Senior Manager, HORECA, the Manager, HORECA will lead a small team of sales members to drive sales performance, execute promotions and achieves company objectives within the Hotel, Restaurant, and Café (HORECA) channel, managing a luxury portfolio and building strong relationships with key accounts to maximize sales opportunities.

  • Drive sales performance and achieve sales targets across HORECA channels, managing fund-to-trade support and building strong business relationships
  • Manage business performance against objectives, brand priorities, and pricing strategies, ensuring comprehensive key account coverage across all sales activities
  • Drive merchandising excellence, formulate brand promotions, manage promotion calendars, and ensure efficient budget execution
  • Analyze market environment and competitor activities, conduct pricing surveys, gather trade feedback, and identify sales opportunities and risks
  • Maintain strong trade relationships, optimize operational effectiveness, manage a sales call schedule, and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor key account financial status, manage credit terms and collections, minimize bad debt, and review DSO performance
  • Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrate strong product knowledge, cultivate a digital mindset, and influence retailers' adaptation to evolving business needs
  • Collect and synthesize best practices, collaborate on joint business planning, manage stock forecasting, and provide sales analysis and action plans

Profile

Key Selection Criteria

  • Proven sales experience within the luxury retail, F&B/hospitality, or entertainment sectors
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth within the FMCG, hospitality, or luxury goods industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of the HORECA channel
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including experience building and motivating teams, coaching, providing feedback, and managing resources effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate contracts and build rapport with clients
  • A highly motivated, energetic, and customer-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
  • A customer and consumer-centric approach, with a proven track record of achieving results
  • Fluent in English with proficiency of other languages will be highly preferrable

Château Galoupet is a progressive wine estate of 77 hectares of protected woodland and 69 hectares of vineyards, certified organic since May 2023.The estate was acquired by Moët Hennessy in 2019 – the first Cru Classé in its portfolio – with a clearly defined vision: craft elevated expressions of an exceptional terroir with utmost respect for nature and the environment, from ground to glass. For four years the team has worked closely with a community of experts to restore a rare ecosystem and adapt its viticultural practices to respect the natural balance of the vine in its environment.
