We're thrilled to announce the opening for Sales Analyst, reporting to the Sales Planning Manager. As the Sales Analyst, you will provide support and control over matters related to Funds to Trade, deliver commercial outcomes within relevant contracted outlets tied to KPIs from Marketing brand plans, and identify and mitigate potential risks.

Job responsibilities

How you will contribute…

1. FTT Contract Performance & FTT Management

  • Execute robust efficiency analysis on Outlet/Channel FTT contracts and other commercial conditions like FTT, rebates, discounts, and A&P to help commercial team rationalizing the commercial spent & focus on increasing the future sales margin with better product mix.
  • Lead the review of FTT contracts renewal with the sales team.
  • Analyze Top Contracted Outlets Performance by brands & channels.
  • Analyze monthly depletion and NSI performance against contractual target and perform variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward.

2. Wholesaler Depletion, Replenishment & Reimbursement (R&R) Compilation

  • To ensure timely submission by the wholesalers without any errors in the file.
  • To audit the R&R submission with corresponding sales invoices to ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure the quality of depletions data received is robust enough to provide meaningful market demand signals.
  • To assists in sell-in/sell-out and stock in-trade reconciliation and take actions accordingly to settle discrepancies with the wholesalers.
  • To upload and monitor volume adjustment in MHD System and Vistex and to ensure accuracy and quality of data in the system.

3. ASPIRE SalesForce & Qliksense

  • Monitor the creation, deletion and modification pertaining to this system.
  • Assist & guide users and helps to monitor the utilizations of this system.
  • To explore and if needed to customize insightful reports within Qliksense.
  • Ensure data quality in Qliksense.

4. FTT & Depletion Processes and Internal Control

  • Identifies and analyses the business needs of the department to develop plans for continuous improvement and to help determine solutions to business problems.
  • Makes recommendations regarding processes and/or procedures to improve efficiency, data quality, service and all aspect of compliance and integrity.

5. Wholesalers’ stock take

  • Conduct stock take at wholesalers’ warehouse.
  • Plan, organize, reconciliation & perform required action plans.
  • Carry out stock reconciliation according to schedule.

6. Ad Hoc

  • Perform reasonable ad hoc tasks with equal commitment.
  • Contract preparation, seek Legal review and approval.
  • Templates creation and maintenance for reporting purposes

  • Experience in a Sales Analyst role or related position with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of P&L statements is a plus.
  • Must be analytical, creative, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is a highly committed, team-oriented approach.
  • A disciplined work ethic, impeccable integrity, and the ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision are also essential.
  • Must be able to travel if required.
  • Basic fluency in Chinese.
