We're thrilled to announce the opening for Private Client Manager (Hong Kong). Reporting to the Private Client Director, the Private Client Manager will be responsible for ensuring optimal distribution of our iconic brands within their assigned client portfolio. This role focuses on maximizing brand presence through effective engagement with Ultra/High-Net-Worth Individuals (U/HNWIs) and developing personalized client experiences. The Private Client Manager will proactively identify potential clients, negotiate, and implement tailored promotions, and achieve monthly and cumulative collection targets. In close collaboration with the management team, this role will ensure compliance and bring our iconic brands to life through passionate storytelling, building brand desirability among an exclusive clientele.

Job responsibilities
How you will contribute…
- Develop and execute a sales strategy specific to (U)HNWI and VIP engagement to achieve the business growth.
- Identify new sales opportunities for new business development and recommend actions for brand initiatives.
- Build strong customer relationships with premium partners for new recruitment of (U)HNWI and private clients.
- Achieve budgeted sales turnover, profitability ratios, brand awareness KPI’s and other brand’s health indicators.
- Propose brand solutions in line with pricing, visibility, and resource parameters.
- Be able to represent the portfolio of brands through event hosting and personal introduction, delivering a credible and confident brand message.
Profile

- Relevant experience in private client management in luxury retail or luxury alcoholic industries. Possessing (U)HNWIs and VIP networks and an appreciation for quality, luxury, and brands is preferable.
- Ability to represent the brands to consumers through Ambassadorial duties, event hosting and personal introduction.
- Strong commercial sense and entrepreneurial spirits to seize and exploit commercial opportunities.
- An independent yet collaborative team player, self-starter, motivated, customer focused and results oriented.
- A good communicator with interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills to manage key stakeholders across global, regional, and local markets.
- Creative, lateral thinking, strong in planning and implementation.
- Fluent in English with proficiency of other Asian languages will be highly preferrable.
