We're thrilled to announce the opening for Sales Operation Lead in Taiwan.
As the Sales Operation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in setting standard for sales routine execution, process and monitoring the success of deliverables. The critical role will constantly measure and review sales performance through a reliable source of truth. You will be responsible for Sales Data, Price and promotion management. By providing sales operation framework, quality reports and insight, the sales team will very much benefit from a better decision making, optimise internal process efficiency. Your contribution will be critical for sales overall productivity.

How you will contribute…
Overview of the position
- Provide defined sales dashboard and reports in fixed schedule routine basis
- Contract, promotion and price process control and management
- Sales execution monitoring
- Cross function coordination
Key Responsibilities
- Provide the periodical sales reports and maintain sales related data from sales systems
- Establish processes and Consolidate contract / promotion from sales for Commercial Director’s approvals
- Coordinate and facilitate sales routine meetings, consolidating sales, CM and marketing input and follow up post actions

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales support experience within a multinational corporation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with advanced Excel function skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and numerical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, with a flexible and detail-oriented approach.
- English language proficiency is required.
