In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and other key partners in the Southern Region to drive sales and distribution of our products. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets. This position requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a strong ability to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.

Job responsibilities
How you will contribute…
- Wholesaler Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key wholesalers within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMC). Act as the primary point of contact for all business-related matters, including negotiations, contract management, and issue resolution.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within assigned wholesaler accounts. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new product introductions to maximize sales potential.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities within the FMC sector. Utilize insights to develop targeted sales strategies and enhance market penetration.
- Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to forecast sales volumes, set targets, and develop operational plans to meet and exceed sales objectives. Monitor sales performance regularly and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Product Knowledge and Training: Become an expert in our product portfolio, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Provide training and support to wholesaler partners to ensure their sales teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively promote and sell our products.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and promotional activities within assigned accounts to optimize profitability while maintaining competitive pricing in the market.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, performance dashboards, and KPI metrics to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement. Present findings to senior management and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales/account management within the FMCG industry, preferably with a focus on wholesaler accounts.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive, fast-paced settings.
- Exposure to the alcohol beverage product/industry would be a big plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to be based in the Southern Region (Koh Samui, Phuket, or Krabi) with regular travel within the assigned territory.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
