Reporting to Head of Customer Marketing, the Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing customer marketing strategies that drive commercial value and brand desirability across assigned channels or portfolio areas. You will be a pivotal force in shaping our brand's success, reporting directly to the Head of Customer Marketing. This dynamic role empowers you to develop and execute innovative customer marketing strategies that not only drive significant commercial value but also elevate brand desirability across your assigned channels or portfolio. You will serve as the essential bridge between Brand Marketing and Sales, expertly translating overarching brand strategies into compelling, impactful customer and consumer experiences.

How you will contribute…
CORE FUNCTIONS
The Customer Marketing function delivers value through three core pillars:
- PLAN: Develop BTL strategies, activation calendars, and investment allocations aligned with brand objectives.
- IMPLEMENT: Execute BTL programs with excellence, ensuring brand visibility and consumer conversion.
- MEASURE: Track activation effectiveness through KPIs and ROI analysis.
- SCALE: Codify learnings into playbooks and contribute to regional knowledge sharing.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute BTL activations across ALL channels (On-Trade and Off-Trade)
- Create channel-specific sales plans and activation tools for each brand
- Lead trade activation development responding to both marketing initiatives and sales requests
- Manage POSM development, allocation, and tracking across all channels
- Support Hit List management and outlet-level activation execution
- Develop portfolio guidelines and assortment recommendations by channel
- Own customer activation strategy within agreed brand frameworks
- Accountable for channel ROI and commercial impact, beyond execution quality
Execution Excellence
- Create, implement, and execute all activations with excellence, ensuring brand compliance
- Manage POSM and creative assets essential for activation campaigns
- Owns relationships with execution agencies, ensuring highest delivery standards
- Lead post-activation analysis tracking KPIs, ROI, and key learnings
- Uphold luxury-in-trade standards, ensuring all executions protect brand positioning
- Drive activations across HORECA, Bars, Nightclubs, Hotels, Casinos, MOT channels
- Develop venue partnerships, menu placement programs, and perfectly serve initiatives
- Create premium brand experiences and staff training programs
- Manage on-premise visibility including back bar, menu boards, branded assets
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Foster relationships with Sales teams to translate brand strategies into activation solutions
- Collaborating with Brand Marketing to ensure commercial relevance of brand platforms
- Lead cross-functional engagement through S&M meetings and S&OP meetings
- Contribute to regional best practice sharing via APAC CM Community
Financial Management
- Manage BTL A&P budget including trade activation, POSM, and merchandising
- Implement A&P and FTT tracking methods to ensure budget adherence
- Analyze activation spend and challenge expenditure to optimize ROI
- Conduct comprehensive reviews and provide recommendations for future strategies

Essential Qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in trade/customer marketing, retail marketing, or category management within consumer industries.
- Track record of successfully executing activations within assigned channel environment
- Strong commercial sense and ability to seize commercial opportunities
- Proficiency in planning, implementing, presenting, and negotiating
- Fluency in English; proficiency in local language(s) where applicable
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion or industry experience in wines & spirits, luxury brands, premium FMCG preferred
- Experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or key account management valued
- WSET certification or wine & spirits qualifications.
- Ability to leverage data analytics tools (Power BI, Aspire, ROI modeling)
