This Activation Design Manager will lead the Temporary Activation execution in Travel Retail APAC aiming at increasing brand awareness and equity. The role is responsible to adapt and ensure fit for APAC GRT use with Maison campaign toolkit to create a seamless shopping journey. The ambition is to maximize & upscale our existing Retail statement and support the opening of new standalone by crafting memorable consumer experiences for Travellers pre/during/post travel.

Job responsibilities

  • Ownership of the designs of PM redress, HPP activations including window setups, and promotional installations for all spaces in APAC
  • Synergizing product planogram with key campaigns, tactical activations, and visual merchandising.
  • Work closely with marketing, retail marketing, design, merchandising, and retail operations teams to align on activation strategies and goals.
  • Oversee and manage detailed activation plans and timelines, coordinating the implementation of designs and campaigns across multiple store locations.
  • Manage agencies on design development / adaptation and timely design delivery. Manage contractors on material qualification and drive cost efficiency.
  • Analyze the impact of activations on customer engagement and sales, providing design insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on activation performance, project status, and key learnings.

Profile

  • Degree in Industrial Design, Visual Merchandising or Graphic Design
  • Minimum 5-8 years in relevant experience, ideally with strong understanding of luxury and retail industry
  • Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • High level of creative, Positive attitude & detail oriented
  • Hands-on, solution and results driven, responsible and independent individual with high level of initiative
  • Ability to multi-task & work under pressure in a fast-paced high-performance environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
