We're thrilled to announce the opening for Assistant Brand Manager, reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, Wine Estates & Chandon. As the Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting brand strategy and executing marketing activations to drive brand growth.
You will be responsible for brand planning support, campaign and event execution, agency coordination, and A&P budget tracking. By managing multiple projects and collaborating across teams, you will ensure strong execution aligned with global brand guidelines.

Overview of the Position
Brand Planning Support
- Assist in translating global brand strategy, positioning, and Maisons guidelines to local brand strategy.
- Support in proposing product pipeline and long-term brand building programs, ensuring communication and alignment with Maisons strategy under supervision.
- Contribute to defining messaging, selecting relevant assets, and developing creative local guidelines and playbooks to inspire and brief the local Customer Marketing Team and agencies.
- Assist in developing annual marketing plans (Brand Plans) by conducting research and providing data to support objectives and strategies for specific brands and trade channels. Analyse market trends and activation results to propose initial actionable plans for driving growth, working closely with the Senior Brand Manager.
Marketing Activation Execution
- Support the implementation of ATL marketing activations, events, and product launches, including developing comprehensive marketing materials and tools under guidance. Ensure smooth operational execution of all touchpoints. Be the polyvalent team support member capable of executing various projects simultaneously with the help and guidance of the responsible manager.
- Collaborate closely with the local Customer Marketing team in fulfilling local objectives for each Maison, focusing on execution support and assets providing.
- Assist in managing external agencies for program implementation and act as a Brand Guardian at consumer events and PR activations, representing the brand with professionalism. Organize meetings and support events organisation.
- Contribute to leveraging digital platforms and building relationships with key press and KOLs to amplify brand activations and secure positive media coverage.
Advertising and Promotion
- Support the A&P budget management (ATL and partially BTL) with a budget responsibility range up to 0.6M EUR, focusing on the execution and activation within this budget, under supervision.
- Tracking the A&P budget, prioritizing spending against brand priorities and growth opportunities, and monitoring financial budget engagement with a yearly and quarterly horizon.
- Support in leading relationships with local agencies, activation, and PR partners, and facilitate conversations with the Maisons by rigorous meetings preparation.
- Assist in project management to ensure successful and timely completion of advertising and promotion initiatives.
Collaborative Mindset
- This role has no direct reports involved but is expected to actively collaborate and learn from senior team members.
- Collaborate across departments and leverage team expertise while effectively navigating the Market/Maison/North Asia Cluster matrix and embodying company values.

Experience: At least 2 years of accumulated working or internship experience in related marketing fields, preferably in luxury consumer goods & FMCG industry. Experience in supporting marketing campaigns and activations or in retail or trade environment is highly desirable.
Brand Management Understanding: Developing commercial acumen and a foundational understanding of consumer business objectives, competitive landscape, consumer behaviour, and marketing tools and technologies.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical & Creative Thinking: Evolving creative and analytical thinking, basic digital proficiency, an eagerness to learn project management skills, and developing problem-solving abilities. Willingness to think outside the box and contribute to innovative ideas.
Language: Fluent in local language and English is essential; proficiency in other languages will be highly preferable.
Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented and appreciative of luxury, highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented. Organized and structured, capable of supporting multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously and adapting to dynamic environments. High level of professional ethos and responsibility for assigned projects.
Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of budget management and monitoring financial indicators. Capacity to assist in setting clear KPIs and monitoring ROI for smaller-scale activations.
