We're thrilled to announce the opening of Senior C&B Manager – Asia Pacific, reporting to the Regional C&B Director. As the Senior C&B Manager - APAC, you will play a pivotal role in designing and shaping the total rewards policy and practice across a variety of countries. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs across the APAC region. By partnering with markets business and HR leaders, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the local markets and practice, you will be able to drive the development and implementation of innovative and effective total rewards strategies that help the business attract, retain and motivate our top talent. Your contribution will significantly enable fostering a culture of excellence and driving overall business success in the APAC region.

How you will contribute…
Overview of the position
- Manage compensation and benefits programs in designated markets across the Asia Pacific region, with a focus on our emerging markets and Oceania.
- Ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives and local regulations.
- Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular reviews, analyses, budgeting, and provide improvement recommendations regarding compensation and benefits to ensure alignment with the company's business strategies and compensation philosophy.
- Partner with market HR teams and leadership to identify risks, areas for improvement, and develop enhancement plans related to rewards.
- Provide comprehensive support for employee benefits programs, including retirement plans, medical coverage, life and accident insurance, travel insurance, etc., in partnership with the Group C&B team.
- Participate in periodic and ad-hoc market surveys and inter-group benchmarking activities to drive continuous improvement in the company's overall rewards and benefits.
- Advise Market HR teams on remuneration packages for market leadership groups, high-remuneration hires, and international mobility issues, including taxation and social security considerations.
- Support international mobility programs by developing mobility packages that align with the Group's policies, regulatory standards, and taxation guidelines.
- Serve as an advisory partner to the HR community and business leadership on total rewards matters to support business success.
- Lead regional C&B projects and initiatives to further strengthen processes and policies.

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in the Asia Pacific region.
- Strong knowledge of locallabourlaws and regulations.
- Proven experience in designing and managing compensation and benefits programs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
- Proficiencyin HRIS and other relevant software/tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change within the organization.
