We're thrilled to announce the opening for Account Manager (Off-Trade), reporting to E-Commerce & Off Trade Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating a value-driven experience for our consumers. You will business partner with outlet owners and key corporate partners to implement channel strategies, and plan to fulfill and achieve specific distribution, sales, and promotional plans for various brands within your assigned outlet universe.

Job responsibilities

How you will contribute…

1. Business Partnering:

  • Ensure optimal distribution of our iconic brands in assigned outlets.
  • Maximize brand presence of key products through effective merchandising efforts at the trade level.
  • Maintain a consumer-demand focus and a "pull mentality."
  • Develop the outlet's consumer experience.
  • Focus on consumer groups and different consumption trends.
  • Focus on efficient portfolio management of products.

2. Planning and Activations:

  • Proactively identify potential outlets, negotiate, and implement promotional actions in line with agreed standards.
  • Provide regular feedback and evaluation for management review.

3. Control:

  • Constantly review and recommend to the immediate superior the appropriate level of credit and decoration for trade accounts to minimize credit exposure risks to the company.
  • Ensure monthly and cumulative collection targets set by management are achieved through proactive management of all trade receivables.

4. Trade Relationships:

  • Develop and maintain amicable relationships with key customers.

5. Sales Management:

  • Fulfill sales-related targets set by sales management.
  • Provide timely and accurate information for updating Aspire.

Profile

We are looking for unique and amazing talent. Join us if you have…

  • Demonstrated experience (typically 3+ years) in sales or account management, with a strong preference for Retail/Off-Trade channel experience.
  • Background in the Wine & Spirits or the wider FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record in cultivating and growing existing client relationships alongside successfully developing new business opportunities.
  • Solid commercial and trade marketing skills, including experience negotiating annual contracts, managing trade terms, and executing brand activations such as POSM, in-store displays, and event management.
  • Adaptable and customer-focused problem solver with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Strong commitment to high ethical standards, compliance, integrity, and social sustainability.
  • Ability to travel nationwide and the flexibility to support occasional evening brand or corporate events.
