Overview of the position

The Content and Social Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, execution and optimisation of full funnel digital media campaigns to drive value and brand desirability across the Moet Hennessy brand portfolio. Managing multiple agency relationships including Social, Performance Marketing, Email Marketing, Content, and Activations, the role requires a passion for digital excellence in a fast-paced environment.

How you will contribute…

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Media strategy, execution and optimisation: Lead the brand managers and agency partners to plan and execute full funnel digital media campaigns across Meta, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Youtube, and Online Video.
  • CRM Management: Lead the brand managers and agency parnters to oversee email marketing calendars and monthly communications.
  • Content Creation and Management: Oversee the planning and production of digital assets, content and video for social, eRetail, and CRM for each brand team ensuring content is optimised for each environment
  • Agency Management: The key lead for social, email, content, activation and performance marketing agencies.
  • Project Management: Help project manage campaigns and co-ordinate activity so that everything is planned well in advance in our marketing operations platform ensuring time and resources are scheduled
  • Collaboration: Work closely with customer marketing to ensure social campaigns with our key eRetail customers abide to brand guidelines.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyse social digital metrics and provide regular optimization recommendations to improve conversion performance
  • Analyse CRM performance, monitoring open and click rates vs previous years and global benchmarks,
  • Maintain a full understanding of Social, CRM and Content best practice, consumer trends/motivators and consumption habits and share across the MHA team owning and sharing an ‘E-retail / Omni channel best practice library
  • Help the brand teams report on campaign performance in a consistent way ensuring we set clear benchmarks and learnings from each campaign

Education

  • HSC completed
  • College/University graduate major in Business or equivalent preferred

Languages

  • Good command of the English language

Experience

  • Strong previous eCommerce experience preferably within premium/luxury brands
  • Experience in implementing distinctive channel specific strategies.

Technical Skills

  • Ability to translate brand positioning and strategy into effective digital activations and communication
  • Demonstrate an understanding and capability in executing the brand strategy using insights from digital platforms to power audience innovation and cross functional activation
  • Thorough understanding of eCommerce sector with premium market experience
  • Proven eCommerce skills (Demandware experience preferred)
  • Strong planning, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong numerical, analytical and statistical skills
  • Excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills
  • High standard of computer literacy (word, Excel, Powerpoint)
