We're thrilled to announce the opening for Supply Chain Manager (HK & Macau), reporting to Cluster Head of Supply Chain, North Asia. In this role, you will champion the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, strengthen supply chain resilience, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer service, cost efficiency, and working capital performance. The role will also serve as a logistics and warehousing subject matter expert, partnering with regional stakeholders and neighboring markets to drive standardization and best practices.

Job responsibilities

How you will contribute…

1) Demand Planning, Inventory Management & IBP

  • Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, driving robust cross-functional alignment to deliver a consensus demand plan supported by statistical forecasts that reflect market realities, business assumptions, and operational constraints.
  • Drive forecast accuracy, bias monitoring, and continuous forecast improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct scenario planning, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to proactively address supply and demand uncertainties.
  • Establish and manage inventory strategies, stock policies, and replenishment parameters to balance service levels, inventory health, and working capital objectives.
  • Monitor inventory performance, slow-moving stock, excess inventory, and stock-out risks, implementing corrective actions where required.

2) Logistics, Warehousing & 3PL Performance Management

  • Oversee end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations for Hong Kong & Macau.
  • Manage strategic relationships with 3PL partners, ensuring high standards of service, compliance, operational reliability, and cost performance.
  • Establish and monitor logistics KPIs covering service, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
  • Lead regular performance reviews with logistics partners and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service and operational effectiveness.
  • Engage directly with warehouse and 3PL operations teams to identify root causes, resolve operational challenges, and improve execution excellence.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, product traceability, warehouse governance, and adherence to local regulatory and company standards.

3) Supply Chain Optimization & Regional Collaboration

  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve visibility, and enhance end-to-end supply chain performance.
  • Champion continuous improvement, digitalization, and automation initiatives across planning and logistics operations.
  • Lead supply chain transformation projects, including system enhancements, process redesign, and operational optimization initiatives.
  • Support the deployment of regional and global supply chain initiatives within the Hong Kong & Macau market.
  • Act as a logistics and warehousing subject matter expert, partnering with regional stakeholders and neighboring markets to drive logistics standardization, share best practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the broader network.
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to market supply chain teams on logistics operations, warehouse excellence, and 3PL performance management.

4) Team leading

  • Lead, mentor and develop team members,
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, being with neighbooring markets and APAC Region.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics Operations, and Supply Chain Optimization.
  • Strong experience leading Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and driving forecast excellence.
  • Proven track record in inventory management, stock policy governance, and working capital optimization.
  • Demonstrated success managing 3PL providers and driving service and cost performance improvements.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with forecasting, ERP, and supply chain planning tools.
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
  • Experience leading cross-functional transformation, process improvement, and change management initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Preferred systems/tools: Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP APO, SAP ERP, Power BI.
  • Additional capability: Basic customer service knowledge to support issue resolution and collaboration with regional teams.
