We're thrilled to announce the opening for Supply Chain Intern in our Moët Hennessy Singapore office.

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our dynamic Supply Chain team in Singapore. This internship offers the opportunity to support the setup of new frameworks, enhance operational efficiency, optimize processes, and leverage data to support strategic decisions across our regional supply chain.

Working closely with the Head of Supply Chain Operations, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on data analytics, process improvement, and technical skill development.

We are looking for a 6-month intern who can commit to a full-time schedule of 5 days a week, starting in the first week of August 2026.

Job responsibilities

What will you learn… How you will contribute…

 Data Analytics & Supply Chain Technical Skills Elevation (Approx. 40% of Role): 

Collaborate with the supply chain team to identify areas for data-driven improvement and efficiency. 
Assist in developing training materials and demonstrate application of data cleansing and analysis tools, including: 
Microsoft Excel: Advanced functions, data visualization, pivot tables. 
Power Query: Data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). 
Power BI: Dashboard creation, data modeling, reporting, and establishing proper data refresh frameworks and scalable dashboard structures. 
Support the creation of reports and dashboards to visualize key supply chain metrics and trends, contributing to improved end-to-end visibility. 
Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for cost savings, process optimization, network efficiency, and risk mitigation. 
Assess and propose how AI tools could be better utilized within the supply chain for greater efficiency and predictive capabilities. 
Utilize Python for data tasks, including maintaining current scripts and automating small, repetitive data processes. 
Contribute to documenting data management and analysis best practices within the supply chain. 

Operations Process Improvement Support (Approx. 20% of Role): 

Support the analysis of current internal operational processes to identify bottlenecks and efficiency gains.  
Analyze and streamline the internal request process for finished goods across departments to simplify and explore automation opportunities for greater efficiency. 
Assist in reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect process improvements and best practices. 

Regional Data Management, Reporting & Cost Monitoring (Approx. 40% of Role): 

Coordinate the collection, validation, and tabulation of critical operational data from APAC markets (e.g., CO2 reports, distribution costs, stock take reports). This supports the Head of SC Ops in tracking, monitoring regional supply chain costs and performance, and for periodic data submission to the Global team. 
Conduct targeted analysis of collected regional data to review cost structures, identify drivers, and contribute to benchmarking across APAC. Actively review ways to optimize cost and improve operational efficiency. 
Support preparation of content and slides for Regional Operating Reviews for APAC Cluster Heads, focusing on data visualization, key metrics, cost performance, benchmarking, and optimization insights. 
Support ad-hoc requests for specific operational data, analyses, and projects from the Head of SC Ops.

Profile

• Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working with data to solve problems.
• Are confident using Excel, with exposure to Power Query, Power BI, or Python considered a plus.
• Have an interest in supply chain operations, logistics, inventory management, or process improvement.
• Communicate clearly and are comfortable presenting data-driven insights.
• Are proactive, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and in a team.
