We're thrilled to announce the opening for Sales Operations Executive.

As Sales Operation Executive, you will report to Wholesaler Operation Lead to support the Commercial team in driving effective sales planning, pricing strategy, Contract and promotion management through data-driven analysis, reporting, and executional excellence.

Job responsibilities

How you will contribute…

1. Assist in Promotion Planning, tracking and claiming

  • Assist in the development and execution of trade promotions in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Support promotion analytics, including pre- and post-evaluation of campaign effectiveness
  • Prepare and manage trade letters to ensure clear communication and alignment with customers

2. Pricing Monitoring

  • Assist in pricing strategy development across channels and customers
  • Monitor market pricing, promotion activities, and competitive benchmarks
  • Support tracking of pricing compliance and identify gaps or risks across channels

3. Contract & Promotion Management

  • Manage contracts and promotional activities from initiation to closure
  • Track promotion execution, claims, and settlement processes
  • Ensure timely claiming, reconciliation, and closing of promotions
  • Conduct post-evaluation analysis to assess ROI and effectiveness

4. Sales Reporting & Volume Consolidation

  • Consolidate periodic sales volume data across channels
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review (weekly / monthly)
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting formats and timelines

5. Sales Data Management & Performance Tracking

  • Collect and consolidate key sales data (sell-in, sell-through, inventory, etc.)
  • Track performance against targets and highlight gaps or risks
  • Provide actionable insights and dashboards to support decision-making

Profile

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field

Languages: Good command in English

Professional experience & know how:

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales planning, business analysis, finance, or commercial operations
  • Experience in FMCG / Wines & Spirits industry is a plus

Technical & management skills:

  • Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities
  • Familiar with sales data systems (e.g., NielsenIQ, Salesforce, distributor reports)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills

Personal & interpersonal skills:

  • Detail-oriented with strong execution capability
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
